Returns & Exchanges

There are not returns or exchanges. I work really hard on all my items listed on my shop and I take the time to answer any questions you may have.

*If your item is damaged or there's been a mistake, you have 24 hours once delivered to notify me of the issue. I will request for the item to be returned and ill issue a refund accordingly.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Info

Most of our items are shipped with First Class shipping. Big orders will be send with a signature request when the customer doesn't want priority shipping. Please leave a note if you don't want a signature request.

Items on Sales

Items on sale are final, no returns, exchanges or custom changes and no other coupon may be used with sale items.

Custom and personalized orders

If you cancel within the cancellation time frame, full refund will be returned or as long as I haven't made your item. If the item is already made and ready to ship, there's a cancellation fee.
